methods of payment: full payment is required upfront through paypal invoice unless otherwise requested - payment plans can be discussed. a partial refund of 75% of the cost will be offered if cancelled after the preliminary sketches.

rights

we both have rights: you have the right to print, share, and utilize the work how you see fit - this cannot include for-profit printing or claiming the work as your own. I have the right in perpetuity to use the work for public advertisement unless otherwise agreed upon wherein a privacy fee will be included.

edits

amount of editing ; multiple sketches will be provided at the beginning of the commission process, and after confirmation, a finalized lineart. absolutely no changes will be made after final go-ahead of the lineart phase beyond colour choice.

any other terms ; my work may not be used in the training or building of new ai models or platforms.
